Our reseller program is designed for webmasters and value-added-resellers who wish to offer a full line of hosting services. This full-featured program offers substantial volume discounts, along with features designed to alleviate much of the work involved in reselling accounts.
Resellers may sell Domain Support's entire line of shared hosting services (ranging from email-only accounts to the commerce package). Because they bill clients directly, resellers are free to choose their own pricing scheme. Domain Support will bill for discounted services on a combined invoice.
Resellers receive substantially discounted rates on all monthly fees (these discounts apply to the reseller's account, as well as resold accounts). The exact discount is based on the volume of services currently being resold.

How to Set Up Accounts
Once your affiliate account has been initialized, you will have a new tab in your account control panel called “Partner.” By simply clicking on “Partner” you are directed to a page that allows you to see a list of all of your customer accounts. You can sign up new customer accounts on this page. You can login to your customer accounts from this interface to manage their account services. You can also view a full list of the domains registered under your affiliate program.
How to Set up Pricing
Mouse over “Partner” and navigate to the “Manage Pricing Plans” section. There you will find that you can set up multiple pricing plans. This process has four steps:
General
This step asks you to name your pricing plan and specify if you want to use the default formula for pricing which you set up in step 2. You can also elect whether or not to show prices to the customer.
Formula
This allows you to set a uniform price mark up based on a certain dollar amount or percentage.
Price Specification
This section allows you to set specific prices for each service you offer.
Domain Price Specification
This section is currently not developed. Domain pricing can be updated by emailing support.
How to Set up Branding
The partner branding system allows affiliates and resellers to set up a custom brand with all of their contact information, color scheme, logo and much more. The main branding page allows partners to set up multiple brands and specify the branding for each account and the ability to change in bulk. There are three steps to setting up a brand:
General
In this section, partners can do the following:
Branding Name
Give the branding a name
Pricing Plans
Select a pricing plan for your brand. This will be the pricing that is available to the customer in their account. The notification address gives the ability to receive an email any time billing activity occurs on this brand.
Customer Service Contact Information
Specify customer service contact information. This will show in the support section on your branded support pages. You may also use our generic support information:
• Company: Domain Support
• Email Address: support@domainsupport.net
• Phone: 858-560-9418
• Toll Free Phone: 800-585-0522

Look and Feel
Control Panel Domain
This allows partners to use the entire branded suite of pages from our website using their own domain name. For example, you can set a CNAME record for control.yourdomain.com to point to www.domainsupport.net to see this in action.
Index URL
This is the default page that pulls up when people navigate to the control panel domain. Leave this blank if you want all of the branded site pages to work. You can set it to go to http://control.yourdomain.com/login so when people type control.yourdomain.com they pull up your branded login page.
Color Scheme
There is several different color schemes to choose from for your branded control panel.
Title Bar
This allows you to select a color for the title bar that matches your header images.
Left Header Image
This image replaces our logo in the upper left corner of the branded control panel.
Right Header Image
This image appears in the top right of your branded control panel.
Navigation and Side Bar
You have the option to enable and disable these bars.
Favorite Icon
Also known as a “favicon,” this image needs to be 16x16 pixels and is the small logo that appears in the address bar next to the address for the website.
Print Image
Should your customer request a mailed domain renewal notice; this is the logo that shows up on those notices.
Footer
This is a simple bit of text that shows up at the foot of the branded control panel.
Super Structure
The branding super structure is a powerful interface which allows or denies access to specific scripts or pages in the control panel. For any page you do not want customers to have access to, move that into the “Denied” section or leave it in the “Allowed” section if you want them to see it. Please note that this section can be tricky so if you find that a certain page still shows up, contact support for assistance.
