1.     In VersaMail Go into Account Setup and create a New Account

2.     Under Account Name enter your domain name

3.     For Mail Service choose Other

4.     Under Protocol choose POP and press the Next button to continue.

5.     In the Username field, enter your email address

6.     Enter your Password and hit Next to continue.

7.     Enter your Email Address the way you want it to appear on your outgoing emails.

8.     Set the Incoming Mail Server to be mail.yourdomain.com

9.     Set the Outgoing Mail Server to be mail.yourdomain.com and click Next to continue the setup.

10.  Press Next to go into the Advanced Options (Note: This step may be different for different version of VersaMail)

11.  Press Next and you'll be prompted to enter Your Name (for display only). Enter your name in this field and press Next to see the advanced Outgoing Options.

12.  If prompted whether you wish to attach a signature or not, press Next to continue.

13.  Press Done to complete the setup.
