If you have misplaced your account password and the email address on file is no longer valid, we require you to complete the Email Address Change Request form.  With this form, we will need you to provide the following:

 

1.     New Email Address you would like on file

2.     Photo ID or Business Letterhead from current Legal Owner of domain name

 

Complete the form and return to us through fax, email or snail mail.

 

After verifying the information, we will update the email address and send the Password Recovery Information to your new email.
